BBQ & Bluegrass
Sat., Sep. 6, 2014
6 to 9 p.m.
Heyward House Historic Center
70 Boundary Street, Bluffton, SC

Bring the whole family out to BBQ & Bluegrass at Heyward House Historic Center. The Lowcountry Boil Band will play their special brand of live performance bluegrass. Several local food vendors will be on hand selling delicious barbecue and drinks. Be sure to bring your appetite for a big heaping of side dishes and desserts. It's a family-friendly affair that kids will love. Children can enjoy a wide variety of games and fun activities.

Local Hilton Head musicians the Lowcountry Boil Band will provide the background music. You might just want to get up and dance! The band is one of the oldest on the island. The members first started to get together as a session band for the no-longer existing Daly Planet rock band. With the requisite fiddle, banjo, bass and guitar, they're sure to get your toes tapping.

A Historic Setting for BBQ
