Do you have minimum night stay requirements?

  • Due to high occupancy during peak season, 7-night Saturday to Saturday stays are required March through end of September.

  • 4-night minimum stays are available October through February (Check-ins available Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday only)

Are the accommodations pet friendly?

Our accommodations cannot accommodate pets. We ask that you kindly inform us before bringing a service animal. Please note that emotional support animals are not allowed. 

Is smoking allowed?

All of our accommodations are non-smoking.

When are pools open?

Spinnaker at Shipyard, Southwind II at Shipyard, The Village at Palmetto Dunes resorts are open year-round from dawn to dusk. Ocean Cove Club and Sands Village are seasonal, open April through September from dawn to dusk.

    Can you bring portable grills?

    Local fire codes do not permit grills on balconies or decks of units. Select resorts do have community grills available.

    What are your deposit and cancellation policies?

    A  50% deposit on the total rental rate is due at the time of booking. Balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival and will be automatically taken with the credit card on file.

    Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival date will receive a refund of deposits, minus $100 cancellation fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival, early departures, personal emergencies, or weather-related items.

    Get peace of mind and consider Trip insurance.

    What is included with our accommodation?

    • All rentals are supplied with linens and towels (based on property's maximum number of occupants).

    • All rentals come with starter supplies such as soap, kitchen detergent, paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent. Plan to purchase more based on your needs and stay length. Additional toiletries are not available, please plan accordingly.

    • Reservations come with two parking passes with the exception of Sands Village, which only distributes one car pass per unit.

    • Additional car passes for Shipyard or Palmetto Dunes may be purchased, please contact the appropriate office for more information - RMC/Hilton Head Accommodations office at 843-842-6556 extension 110 or The Village at Palmetto Dunes at 843-842-4649. *Please keep in mind that Palmetto Dunes and   Shipyard  communities do not permit the entrance of e-bikes, trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, or recreational vehicles including wave runners and boats. The resorts do not have assigned parking. They are all on a first come, first service basis.

    Do you have any golf packages?

    Select accommodations do come with complimentary greens fees for a foursome daily for select golf courses. Please inquire with our reservation team. 

    Can we rent bikes through Hilton Head Accommodations?

    We do not rent out bikes, however, select accommodations come with two complimentary bikes. Please inquire with our reservation team. We recommend the following companies for bike rentals: Cross Island Bike Rentals – 843-384-7371 | Hilton Head Outfitters – 843-593-9110

    Do you have additional cots, cribs and other baby supplies to rent?

    We do not have these items for rent. Baby's Away   is a good source for baby and beach rentals. They can be reached at  (843) 681-8722.

    Do you include beach chairs, towels or other accessories with our reservation?

    We do not include beach chairs, towels or other pool and beach accessories. Several of these items can be purchased at the local grocery stores. There are companies that rent these items out such as Shore Beach Services or Hilton Head Outfitters at 843-593-9110.
