RMC is committed to your safety and wellbeing. We are following the American Hotel and Lodging Association’s SafeStay Program and the Hilton Head Island Chamber of Commerce’s Path Forward Lodging Readiness Pledge. Both programs were developed by hospitality industry leaders and health experts to provide guidelines to assure the safety and health of employees and guests.
Our protocols include employee training and use of personal protective equipment, curbside check-in, plexiglass shields, proper distancing, increased sanitizing of resort common areas, pool rest rooms, pool furniture and vehicles with professional grade electrostatic sanitization machines, UV sanitizing wands and proper chemicals.
All surfaces in our villas are disinfected and sanitized between guests as suggested by the CDC. Any resort personnel required to enter your villa will do so when you are not there and will be wearing protective gear. All linens and terry are cleaned at high temperature and transported to your villa in disinfected vehicles.
All staff members are required to have their temperature taken before their shift. Everything you receive from us, including keys and check-in materials will be sanitized prior to delivery. Our offices are fogged several times a day with proper disinfectants.
