What are your deposit and cancellation policies?

A 50% deposit will be taken for all reservations. Balance will be due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations can be made 14 days prior to arrival without penalty, with the exception of a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellations made inside 14 days prior to arrival will result in loss of all funds.

There are no refunds for early departures or personal emergencies. There are no refunds for weather related items. Get piece of mind and consider Trip insurance. Trip insurance information is available on our website.

What are the check in procedures?

Check In is at 5pm/Check out is at 10am.

If you are checking in after business hours, you must stop by the next day at the applicable office to register.

What comes with our accommodations?

All rentals are supplied with linens and towel sets based on property’s maximum number of occupants. All rentals come with starter supplies such as soap, kitchen detergent, paper towel, toilet paper, trash bags, laundry detergent. Plan to purchase more based on your needs and stay length.

Do you have any golf packages?

Select accommodations do come with complimentary greens fees for a foursome for select golf courses. Please inquire with our reservation team.

Can we rent bikes through Hilton Head Accommodations?

We do not rent out bikes, however, select accommodations come with two complimentary bikes. Please inquire with our reservation team.

What should I bring on my vacation?

  • Beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas – they are not provided but there are several companies that rent them out or they can be purchased on the island
  • Grocery items if you plan to cook in the accommodations
  • Personal toiletries (toothpaste, shampoo, etc.) – those are not provided

When are pools open?

Different properties have different community pool operational dates and times. Currently, Spinnaker, Southwind II at Shipyard and The Village at Palmetto Dunes community pools are open all year round. Ocean Cove and Sands Village community pools are currently open from April through September. These are subject to change.

Can we rent cribs or additional beds?

Hilton Head Accommodations currently does not rent out these additional items. You may inquire with the front desk on companies that may supply them.

Can you bring portable grills?

Portable grills are not allowed. Certain community amenities do have BBQ grills and picnic areas.

Is there assigned parking?

Our accommodations have community parking lots on a first come first serve basis.

We have more than one car, are parking passes additional?

Your reservation comes with one car pass if the community requires car passes. Additional ones may be purchased, please inquire when making a reservation.

What vehicles are permitted in the communities?

Palmetto Dunes, Shipyard, and Port Royal Resorts do not permit the entrance of trailers, motor homes, motorcycles, or recreational vehicles including wave runners and boats.

Are accommodations pet friendly?

Our accommodations cannot accommodate pets.

Is smoking allowed?

All our accommodations are non-smoking.
