Most of our rental properties are available for one month or longer stays, even in the summer.  But the best time to come may be after the crowds and temperatures cool.  Our temperate climate and lush year round foilage provide the perfect backdrop for your long term stay.  Our rentals in Spinnaker at Shipyard even include free daily green fees, bikes, tennis, wireless internet and long distance calls! Our off-season rentals include all utilities, linen/towels and a departure clean. Stays that are greater than 90 days are not subject to tax.
