NOTIFICATION  CARDS

As an owner,  your notification card (formerly known as "confirmation" card) serves as a resource to help us manage your property.  Please take the time to read the card, then complete it fully  Give special attention to the instructions concerning your phone code.  This is not a confirmation of your visit, as we know, sometimes things change. Please inform us if you decide to rent or spaceback your unit at a later date.

If you are a Points owner, please remember -- you are responsible for notifying RCI directly, 13 months in advance, of your intentions to use your unit. Failure to notify RCI will result in the inavailability of your unit for your usage during your normal week.  RMC has no authority or responsibility in this process and will be unable to accommodate you in your unit should you fail to notify RCI.
