Status Letters (formerly Notification Card)

The status letter you will receive approximately a month before your vacation ownership week reminds you of your upcoming week and helps us plan ahead.  Please take the time to read the document, then complete it fully.  If your plans should change at a later date, please let us know by calling 888-433-4762 ext. 11100..

If you are a Points owner and you plan to use your unit, please remember - you are responsible for notifying RCI directly, 13 months in advance of your intentions.  If you do not notify RCI, it may result in your unit not being available during your week.  RMC has no authority or responsibility in this process and will be unable to accommodate you in your unit should you fail to notify RCI.
