Our One Source model simply means that all of us take ownership of our customers� questions or issues. We are cross trained in the many disciplines of property management. With in-house accounting, rentals, sales, landscaping, housekeeping and maintenance, we not only provide all the necessary resort services, but we also listen, provide information and solutions or direct you to someone who can provide resolution. While we are equipped with the latest technology and software, we always remember that our business is still about people, and we take pride in our personal service.

Financial Services

Certified professionals, continuing education, a system of checks and balances plus an understanding of ever-changing laws and regulations governing real estate management is paramount to the successful operation of an association. Expert financial planning, management and reporting are the distinguishable differences in expert property management, but they can also be some of the most confusing factors in selecting a management firm.

Comprehensive financial reporting and accurate projections ensure fiscal responsibility, giving the Board of Directors the ability to anticipate funding requirements and to properly plan for the future. RMC accounting standards meet or exceed those set by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and are audited by a third party CPA firm at least once a year or at other random intervals as desired by our clients. Overall, RMC continuously analyzes financial data to identify trends and potential challenges, then offers solutions to maximize the property's financial health.

Importantly, our collections department develops tailored plans and effectively helps to 're-sell' owners on the value of vacation ownership in order to help them meet their obligations. This approach facilitates retaining the relationship with the owner and maintains the financial health of the association.

Owner Services

We provide a full-service front desk, a rental division, a maintenance division, and housekeeping and timeshare resales divisions to assist owners during their ownership experience. A reservation through one of our Vacation Counselors usually results in a personal relationship, building customer loyalty and repeat business. Our Front Office staff boasts over 50 combined years in the hospitality industry and is well versed in making people truly feel at home. When it's time to sell, it's nice to know the same call that helped owners with statements can also help with listing an interval for sale. From listing to closing, the in-house resale staff of Resort Source can make the ownership transition a seamless transaction.
