Resort Source Timeshare Resales, the resale division of RMC Resort Management, has been a member of the business community on Hilton Head Island since 1983.
Resort Source offers 2 night/3 day and 3 night/4 day timeshare vacation packages on Hilton Head Island at one of their managed vacation ownership resorts. These timeshare promotions require attendance at an informal presentation during your stay within a “no pressure” environment to purchase. Relaxed and informative, our timeshare sales professionals can answer your questions regarding vacation ownership, help you investigate the different timeshare packages and resorts available on Hilton Head, as well as bring you up to date on all the current enhancements to timeshare ownership, such as the “Resort Weeks for Cash” exchange program.

Here are a few suggestions to consider before paying for a timeshare vacation package.

1. Be sure to determine that you are dealing with an established, credible company that has a storefront and longevity in their respective communities and within the industry. Are they a member of the local Chamber of Commerce or an industry association such as ARDA (American Resort Development Association)?
2. Check with the town government to see if any complaints have been lodged.
3. Check on line to see if any complaints have been lodged. One or two may be nothing, but if there are pages – beware!
4. ARDA has compiled a list of items to consider before you buy. Familiarize yourself with them.
5. If you decide to purchase, consider paying with a credit card and not a debit card or check to protect yourself. You can dispute a credit card charge and your account will not be drained if you have had the misfortune to deal with a disreputable company.

TIMESHARE PREVIEW PACKAGE TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. PAYMENT: This offer is made on a space available basis and is part of a promotional plan for Vacation Ownership. Holidays and peak travel dates may be limited and additional charges may apply. This offer expires no later than twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. You may not use this offer in conjunction with any other promotion. Reservations can not be confirmed or processed without credit card authorization and information for payment.
2. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: No specific room or view is represented in this offer. Guests must register at our office. Check-in is from 2:00 to 5:30 PM on Monday or Wednesday and checkout is no later than 10:00AM on the day of departure. Maximum occupancy is two (2) adults per package and additional charges will apply for and exceptions.
3. KEYS & PASSES: Guests will be issued 2 sets of keys for which they are responsible for returning to the Front Desk.
4. NO SMOKING: Accommodations have a strictly enforced no smoking policy. Detection of smoke at departure inspection will result in a $300 charge to your credit card for carpet and upholstery cleaning.
5. NO PETS: This agreement may be terminated and the guest directed to vacate the premises with forfeiture of all rental moneys paid if this rule is violated. A mandatory $250 pet clean-up fee will be levied if a pet is found.
6. CANCELLATION/RESERVATION CHANGE POLICY: Confirmed packages are non-refundable. In the event you are unable to travel, the arrival dates may be rescheduled within one year of original arrival date based upon availability and must be completed within 72 hours to arrival. There is a $25 rescheduling fee. Failure to show or reschedule will cause this timeshare preview package to become null and void and subject to the standard retail rate for a one night rental charge.
7. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT: Attendance at a 60-minute presentation highlighting Vacation Ownership opportunities with Resort Source Timeshare Resales is required. You are only eligible to participate in this offer once within a twelve (12) month period. This offer is designed for anyone at least 23 years of age and a verifiable annual household income of at least $ 50,000. Failure to attend the full presentation or not qualify under the terms of this agreement will result in purchaser being charged the standard retail rental rate of the accommodations on your credit card.
8. CHANGE OF PROPERTY ASSIGNMENT: Management reserves the right to move the guest to comparable occupancy properties due to unforeseen circumstances.
9. PHONE CALLS: All calls within the continental U.S. are free. There is free wireless internet service in each unit.
10. HOLD HARMLESS: The guest agrees that use of the pool and other amenities, is at their own risk and holds the owners and Management harmless from any and all personal injuries which may result to the guest, invitees or family of the guest.
11. RESORT RULES: The guest agrees to treat communal and exterior areas in a manner that would not be considered offensive to other guests or residents. Hanging towels, garments, etc. from balconies is strictly prohibited.
